Tightly Coupled: An Online Workshop for Couples

AdminDiscover the Secrets to a Thriving Relationship with Dynamic Relational Ecology

Join us for this seven module, self-paced workshop where you’ll to learn how to view your relationship as a living ecosystem that needs nurturing.

What is Dynamic Relational Ecology (DRE)?

DRE is the model I use to help couples see their relationship not as a battlefield of competing needs, but as an relational ecosystem that’s alive and needs tending.

You don’t need to be perfect people or fix everything overnight. You just need to be willing to get curious about how your ecosystem works and what needs to evolve.

You’ll learn to:

Understand love as an active practice rather than just a feeling or hope.

Approach differences as opportunities for collaborative creation rather than battles to win.

Create solutions that serve the relationship ecosystem while honoring individual needs as raw material.

Practice collaborative decision-making with real relationship differences and challenges.

Transform individual needs into relationship solutions that both people can genuinely support.

Feel the difference between being heard vs. being agreed with.

Create shared understanding through collaborative story-making processes.
